We bought our forever home with Curchods and they have been amazing. Penny went above and beyond to facilitate conversations with the seller, solicitors and everyone else involved, she was proactive in moving the transaction forward, yet patient and understanding. She even came to feed the pond fish when the property was empty prior to completion!

Welcome to our estate agency office in Walton-on-Thames. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Curchods continue to be the most effective selling agent in Walton-on-Thames for one very good reason – our Resident Partner, Warren Fraser MNAEA and his team which have over 150 years’ experience in the industry between them. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser! Warren comments “I have worked in the town since 1991 and having been schooled in neighbouring Shepperton, I bring a wealth of local knowledge to an expert team which have been with me for nearly a decade. We are also very active in the local community as supporting the grass roots development within the sporting arena is a passion and a keen interest of mine and my team. My children have been schooled locally and we continue to support and sponsor the local schools. Having also played cricket for Walton Cricket Club, we are proud to continue to be their principal sponsor as well as sponsoring Elm Grove Colts Football Club.
