Curchods have just completed the sale of my late mother's house. I was impressed with the helpful and very prompt responses to all my queries - it was the first time I'd sold a house: that, and doing so as an executor but at the same time it was the house I grew up in, was all quite daunting and my queries were many and probably many of them were quite dumb... Curchods made things as comfortable as possible and there was never any sense that they thought I was asking too many or stupid questions. Also, with me living a long way away from the house, Curchods were willing to make several visits to the house when needed and when I wasn't there. I felt the advice I received all along was sound, and I'm very pleased with the end result. So, overall definitely a very good service.
