A very stressful time made so much better with the help of Martyn at JW Wood. He explains clearly all options. House sold within the week. Everything sorted. The girls in the office always on hand to help filling out paperwork and giving advice when needed. I would recommend JW Wood in Bishop Auckland without hesitation.

Despite the fact that neither me nor my husband are very computer literate and had problems verifying who we were, Stacey made an excellent job of guiding us through the process. Eventually discovered it was easier to get us into the office to complete the procedure! Hopefully the rest of the sale goes through as smoothly.
