Sewell & Gardner have been excellent throughout the sale of our flat on the Byewaters. I met with a few agents before deciding to go ahead with Sewell, as I felt they were a good match for our property, their brochures looked professional and I very much liked all the staff I met at the Ricky and Croxley offices. High quality service for our house sale

Although our house took some time to sell, we never really doubted during the process that Curchods were the right agent in this area to deliver it. In particular our main focal point, Jake Wood, was excellent. Unfailingly proactive + quick to obtain and give meaningful feedback on viewings. Always gave us confidence that he was "on the case" for us.

I've just completed a sale through the Croxley office and would like to say that it's been a very smooth and trouble-free process. I've been particularly impressed with the level of professionalism and communication. From the start, the information and advice they gave me was unbiased and always in my best interests. They gave me realistic valuation and timescale information and were knowledgeable about the local area and current market conditions. The regular update discussions were helpful and re-assuring.
