I had a confirmed viewing for 21st Nov 2024 at 14:30. I arrived at the property 14:00 and received a call 17mins before the appointment from Whitegates Walton Vale office that they do not have the key because of some urgent meeting. I believe this was very short notice and was very inconvenient, as I took time off work and travelled 8 miles back and forth to the property for nothing. Whitegates should have planned for some contingency to avoid causing client such inconvenience.

Had the valuer who came out valued property pictures taken on rubbish phone ,2 weeks later recieved phone to say valuer had left plus had overvalued the house, I travelled to speak to them they said oh if you stay with us I'll employ professional photographer to do pictures , I kindly declined , never experienced such a unprofessional company in my life , we all know estate agents overvalue property to get your business then a week later the excuses start because that havnt got a business plan they wait for someone to walk past shop while they sit there . Note I actually sold the house with another estate agent for 1/4 of the price they were going to charge 1 star is too much

Had a viewing today at 12:00 but NO SHOW from the agent! Thanks for wasting my time! Hi James, I appreciate your time to reply to my review. I don’t often leave 1 star reviews. Bad sadly your female staff member failed to turn up.( can’t remember her name). I was calling and calling the office but no one picked up at the time. When I left the property she informed that I meant to knock the door as the tenant meant to show me around. Shame she didn’t mention that before the viewing. She wasn’t apologetic or anything. She said I should know because it’s normal after Covid. Well I viewed many properties and it was always with the agent showing me around. anyway… Thank you.

Called up. I was polite, wasn’t rude at all. The senior sales woman was incredibly evasive and came across rude and also hung up the phone. I queried why she was being evasive and politely asked if she could stop and just listen to me as she wasn’t hearing my queries; she proceeded to say “I’m going to end the call, speak to my director tomorrow bye”. As a reputable estate agents, I don’t find that very fair. I also hope calls are recorded as that will prove why I have decided to leave a bad review. Never had someone as rude as that speak to me.

My colleague was dead set on buying his first home with his Mrs. They arrived early to view the pictured property and were waiting for 30 minutes for Leanne the estate agent. Leanne called to say she running 15 minutes late and then the office called to say she would be 2 minutes. Another 30 minutes passed and no one showed up. The office number rang out from 5pm as no one answered the office phone number. The office was ment to be open until 5.30pm. To make matters worse it was especially cold that day! (Freezing and below). It shouldn't be this hard to buy a house! You would think the agent would want to make commission! Poor service and communication. Disappointing!

Keeps spamming my emails via Rightmove constantly asking for me to sell my property that i only rent and do not own. I have no way of blocking the emails without blocking the ones i want. Please remove my personal details i DO NOT wish to be contacted.

Unable to place offer on properties based on photos and survey. Not ideal for investors who don't live in the area. No call back was received. Would not recommend.
