Rude staff

Tried numerous times to book viewings via these guys and they take your details for a call back then call you but they disconnect the call that quick you can't answer it you then call them back to be told someone will call you back then the same again my advice is if your selling a house stay well clear of these guys

Really bad experience with this company as a seller. Unprofessional staff which is not working in favor of the customer. Contract has been wrongly constructed. Huge rotation. Unprofessional service

Trying to rent a property from this company lied to us just to get us to hurry up saying we would lose the property if we did not wurry up and it turns out the couple had not even moved out yet

Have a problem with a house they are letting next door to mine. Radio left on playing extremely loud music. Had no sleep for 2 nights and they were unwilling to contact the owner or help in any way. Michael was very abrupt and unhelpful and told me to sort if myself. Customer service is non existent. They need re training on how to deal with the public in a sensitive manner. Would not recommend their services
