I have purchased a property and called up weeks after the sale was complete to simply get a code for the lock box, to be honest I was not going to call as I though they would not have it or it would not be a priority, but leeanne was great answered the call and then she called the seller whilst on the phone to me and 20 minutes later I get a call with the code, I know this is only a small thing but I must say I do feel like most people would not want to help and never call back. I would highly reccomed

I live in Australia and was trying to sell my deceased mums house remotely. My Auntie was in Liverpool and picking up a lot of the day-to-day stuff that was needed.
