I have purchased a property and called up weeks after the sale was complete to simply get a code for the lock box, to be honest I was not going to call as I though they would not have it or it would not be a priority, but leeanne was great answered the call and then she called the seller whilst on the phone to me and 20 minutes later I get a call with the code, I know this is only a small thing but I must say I do feel like most people would not want to help and never call back. I live in Australia and was trying to sell my deceased mums house remotely. My Auntie was in Liverpool and picking up a lot of the day-to-day stuff that was needed. We had a bad experience with a different estate agent and then decided to try Whitegates in Walton Vale. Leeanne particularly was a rock during this difficult and emotional process, as soon as she got involved things started to happen as she was clearly very professional and good at her job. She said she was going to focus on the sale 100% and she did not disappoint, keeping in regular contact with my Auntie, she actually made me feel like I could take a breath as someone else was looking after everything and genuinely seemed to care.
