Sold our house before it even went on the market. A bit more complicated as was a shared ownership home being changed to 100% for the new owner. Housing association were unbearably slow at times, which held the sale up more than once, but Andy was great, always pushing to get things done. I recently worked with the team at James Neave to find a property in Walton. Throughout, the team were fantastic. Andy & Ryan kept us up to date with things as they progressed, they helped to move things along and were incredibly reassuring (particularly given the current market).
