We invited a number of local agents to value our property in 2022, some were quite simply out of touch of the market in regard to our unique house. Yes, some were quoting 'we can get you this price and that' yet we knew the market and wanted a fair sale price that reflected our house; so turned them down. Andy, from James Neave, just got it, got us, knew the local market from years of experience, arranged everything, including drone shots and the like. He and his team more importantly engaged with us professionally, managed the viewings, of which we had numerous in the pre-web advertising days, as well as when the house went live on the usual websites. This filled us with confidence that the sale price was right; we had a few offers, and Andy and his team secured the sale price we were happy with. Andy offered that personal service you don't often see, kept us fully informed and even sent flowers on my wife's birthday. I would highly recommend Andy and his team.
