We considered three estate agencies and ultimately chose 'In House', Wallingford branch. I cannot recommend them highly enough - their valuations are realistic and their communication throughout the selling process was faultless. Philip and his team are highly professional, supportive and friendly. If I ever sell again, I will not hesitate to use In House again. Unlike many other estate agents, what they say, is what they do.

I wish we had had Philip and his team selling our house - unfortunately we were too far away. He was thoroughly professional and dedicated to making the sale happen chasing up solicitors and sellers down the chain. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot fault the service provided by the InHouse team in Wallingford. Our sale and purchase took many turns along the way but we were delighted with the outcome and they did a great job of finding us buyers and a new home for ourselves! It was particularly great the way they kept us informed of progress and went the extra mile to complete the process.

In house have been fantastic. I can not fault them, everyone in the team has been really helpful and you can see how well all the staff work together. If you are thinking of selling/ buying/ letting definitely get in touch with in house. Would definitely recommend.
