Disappointed that they didn't get back to me with regards to an initial valuation and a follow up on my enquiry, so went with another Estate Agent (Your Move). They were "on-the--case" immediately but with Zero hassle or pressure. Their loss (Robinson, Michael and Jackson) is Your Move's gain (NO chain on property... think that's an attractive selling point). Sure they can do much better but in this instance/experience...no.
