Disappointed that they didn't get back to me with regards to an initial valuation and a follow up on my enquiry, so went with another Estate Agent (Your Move). They were "on-the--case" immediately but with Zero hassle or pressure. Their loss (Robinson, Michael and Jackson) is Your Move's gain (NO chain on property... think that's an attractive selling point). Sure they can do much better but in this instance/experience...no.

Poor customer service and full of s***. You can be arrogant if you are good at your job but not this lot. Think twice about leaving your keys with them...end up leaving all your lights on in the property. And never deal with Micha!

If I could give zero I would! Mark the manager is an absolute disgrace putting in an offer we didn't make & then ignoring all calls for a week. Avoid like the plague!

Waste of time...

I’m absolutely fuming this company is absolutely unreliable and a bunch of liars I was scheduled for 2 viewings on Monday for Wednesday with a girl called Chloe she lies to me saying she tried to contact me via text and phone at 9am min you our appointment was at 11am I had not received either a text or miss call she then proceeds to say the first property we were meant to view has been let out already not only that but the second property the landlord apparently would like us to reschedule for the next day. After traveling for 1 hour just to find out the agent Chloe was not there absolutely ridiculous.

Dissapointed. I cannot see how you justify the charge seeing as we had to go out and find the properties we wanted to look at. We didn't receive any literature by post we always had to ask at the office. Very rarely were any of our telephone calls returned. We received bad advice on our initial mortgage meeting. We had to do all the running when being handled by the so called 'Progression Team'. The only member of the team that I felt comfortable dealing with was Keith who I feel was sorely let down by his team.
