We used MoveNow Properties to rent out my mum's bungalow when she went into residential care and later to sell it. We used their Fully Managed option for the rental and we literally didn't have to do a thing. We were consulted by our preferred option of email whenever there was a query from the tenants or some maintenance was required, but as soon as we asked MoveNow to deal with it, it was done. And they didn't charge an arm and a leg for the service either. When the time came to sell the property the excellent service continued in the same vein. We were kept informed about any developments but didn't have to put ourselves out at all. Very impressed with the very efficient, professional and friendly service and I would recommend them without hesitation.
