Rob and Sally were amazing from start to finish. I sold my home within a week at full asking price. From the first day they came round to value, to handing my keys over to him on completion day I cannot fault them. When they came to value the house I shared what I’d need to achieve in order to secure my new home. Rob was so confident I could achieve it. From the initial valuation it was clear that Rob had done his homework and was willing to listen. His approach was different to the other estate agents I had seen. After signing up on the Monday, working together with clear and rapid communication the property was on-line for sale by Friday lunchtime with beautiful pictures and a write-up which summed up what we had loved about the house we was selling and the village it was in. Viewing were held over that weekend with more in the pipeline. Rob knew everyone's position, and by Sunday we had two good offers, and Monday the sale was agreed. During the quick sale to completion process Rob kept in contact with both myself and the buyer, helping to resolve where on the buyers side they was being let down by their solicitor.
