Friendly,helpful staff.
Everyone at this branch were very helpful and polite.They did everything they could to help whenever a problem arose.They kept us fully informed throughout the whole process of selling our house. We would definitely us use them again.

Best Agent in South West
We have recently bought a property through BO & P and now have the same property up for Let through them as well. We have been extremely pleased with their professional service on both counts and would recommend them to anyone. Communication is key when buying, selling or renting and BO & P are second to none on this count. All staff are friendly and approachable whilst remaining professional at all times.

Best estate agent we've ever used.
We have moved 7 times in the last 35 years and I can honestly say that this is the best agent we have ever used. Given that we were buying as opposed to selling we feel that we got a much better service from Bond Oxborough Phillips than we did from the estate agent we were actually paying in respect to the sale of our house. We were given regular updates by Susan Stanbury who not only chased our own agents and solicitors for information but was first to confirm when exchange took place. We never had to chase for updates or for requested information, we knew that we could rely on Susan to act in a proactive manner on our behalf at all times. Definitely a first class service!

Purchase and letting of property in Wadebridge
I purchased a property in the conservation area of Wadebridge. Having been looking for a suitable renovation project for some time Bond Oxborough Philips were the only agent that I dealt with that knew all about their properties and gave me some excellent ideas and local contacts for the work and even got me quotes for some of the structural work.. The staff are all friendly, professional and knowledgeable and prepared to arrange viewings at a time that suits on any day of the week. The property was unoccupied and the next door neighbour took the opportunity to dismantle the shared chimney without planning permission or a party wall agreement. BOP dealt with the Council Conservation Officer on my behalf and negotiated suitable compensation..and the sale went through speedily. As I had received such good service throughout the purchase process, once the renovation was complete I used their letting department and within a few days they had lined up 5 potential tenants. They dealt swiftly with the contracts and deposit registration for what has turned out to be the perfect tenant for me. I would thoroughly recommend this agency.

Purchase and Rental of our property
Staff at Wadebridge office were very efficient and helpful when we were purchasing our property. Always returned calls if staff member was not available to speak to us at the time of calling. Very supportive during the whole process. We rented our property for 6 months after we had purchased the property and once again, staff were as helpful and supportive as they could be. In particular Mark Clements, who dealt with us, was very helpful even when we had problems with our tenant. His advice and support was very helpful as we did not live in the area at all. Also, Susan and later, Sarah at Wadebridge office were again, very helpful, supportive, efficient and kind.

Full management of rental property
Excellent communication and prompt action taken to solve any problems that have arisen. Inspections have been undertaken regularly and a report with photographs provided. When required, new tenants have been found swiftly. Very pleased with service.
