Not just a number
Professional service. All agents familiarised themselves with my property prior to a viewing. Felt valued as their customer and definitely not just a number. In absence of agent when calling the office - the office staff were extremely knowledgable and they were uptodate with the current situation of selling.

Very nice people to work with.
Fairly relaxed about it all. Wanted me to sell at a lower price to speed things up but supportive of my decision to wait.

Sale Review
Efficient and weekly updates received by telephone although as this was a fairly straightforward sale it wasn't always needed and I didn't learn much from them. However they were useful with a couple of queries we had. Purchaser found extremely quickly due to unusual circumstances with knowledge they had from existing clients who were stuck in a chain. Property didn't actually get marketed openly i.e. no brochures or web-site entry and despite initial indication that discount on fee would be given this was then refused when mentioned later. Disappointing! Otherwise they knew the local market well and used due to the number of sales achieved in the village in the previous few months.
