Purchase and letting of property in Wadebridge

I purchased a property in the conservation area of Wadebridge. BOP dealt with the Council Conservation Officer on my behalf and negotiated suitable compensation..and the sale went through speedily. As I had received such good service throughout the purchase process, once the renovation was complete I used their letting department and within a few days they had lined up 5 potential tenants. They dealt swiftly with the contracts and deposit registration for what has turned out to be the perfect tenant for me. I would thoroughly recommend this agency.
