Distance no object!
Distance really was no object when dealing with Bond Oxborough Phillips for our recent house purchase in Cornwall when we were in East Northamptonshire! From initial contact to completion of our purchase we were supported by Bond Oxborough Phillips step by step to ensure that deadlines were met. and a smooth transition into Cornwall was achieved ... and it was! You'll be BOP'ping with delight with this Estate Agents results.......
A wonderful team of young, energetic, knowlegable and well presented Estate Agents! They said they would sell my old house and estimated that it would be around the 12th-13th viewer and number 12 came back twice and now lives there! Best Estate Agents I have ever had to deal with! They also have an excellent on-line set up so you know that people are viewing your property, all key searches covered! Hooray an organisation that knows how to use the technology at their disposal! Thank you all at BOP! I truly do feel like dancing.......

Excellent service from start to finish.
They got us lots of prospective clients, always kept us fully informed and did all the viewings themselves. When I decided to reduce the price, they contacted someone who had seen it previously and, although they couldn't meet the asking price at that time, made an offer the next day. Mark and his staff are a pleasure to work with.

Quick and excellent service
We didn't have a great deal of contact with Bond Oxborogh Phillips as we bought through them not sell however, whenever I emailed or left a message they always replied promptly and with all the required information. I'd particularly like to mention Sue who was fabulous.

Facilitated quick and successful purchase
