I'd heard only positive things about Manning Stainton so when we had to sell our Dad's house, I contacted the Wetherby branch for a valuation. I was really impressed from Louise's initial contact. Louise came out and had a look around the property, giving her views and thoughts and how they could market it. Another estate agent also valued the house, but my gut feeling was to go with Louise. Having never sold a house before, we felt like everything was well explained and felt throuroughly supported through the process. Angela was brilliant at keeping us up to speed with viewings and how they had gone. In a week, we had accepted an offer. What could have been a stressful experience has been made an absolute pleasure. Thank you for your help and professionalism.

We sold and purchased with Graham Butts. All staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. We couldn’t have moved into our dream home without them! Special mention to Tobie Wheeler who gave us the confidence to do it! Thank you to the team at Graham Butts East Preston!

‘Very professional, Pat managed everyone smoothly in what was a complex set of requirements differing for each seller/buyer- would highly recommend Pat’!

Jonathan and the whole team at East Preston branch have been really supportive from negotiating and securing the purchase through to exchanging contracts. Throughout the process, communication was first class and they guided us every step of the way, dealing with solicitors and advising on the next steps to ensure everything was in place when it needed to be.

Fabulous - let me see the property multiple times, never felt rushed or pressured and answered all my many questions. No pressure to buy or place an offer, no sales tactics just good honest communication.

The team at Graham Butt Estate Agents were fantastic throughout the whole process which was long and protracted. The continued high levels of engagement and focus was impressive and eventually led to the successful outcome we all wanted.

Really liked working with the team here, especially Tobie. He did an excellent job in selling us on the delights of East Preston as a place to live and was professional honest and knowledgeable on all the viewings. We are so happy and lucky to now call this area home.

Fantastic Team! Very professional. Do a great Job. They ar efficient and deliver results.
