We have a flat that is rented out and being managed by Cameron Estate Agents. The team is very slow to respond to communication, the high fees that they charge for maintenance really do not justify the weak services provided. The check out inventory is expensive yet less than satisfactory. It seems they do not update the utility companies of the tenancy change despite charging for full management services and it seems do not check if the tenants have settled the accounts of utilities before returning the deposit to tenants. On repeated raising of concerns even with their senior management team, no concrete action is taken, no apology offered and nothing changes going forward. Unlikely that we will continue with their services when the current tenancy period finishes

Bought a flat through Cameron estate agents. Ryan was very nice and quite the salesman. After accepting and during the exchange process I had to deal with Charlotte who was extremely rude, and then a variety of people after Ryan left the organisation, who were pretty much useless at getting anything done. Every time I would enquire about something, I was told that someone would get back to me but no-one ever did. Also very annoyingly I was lied to about access to my flat, and then the snagging was not complete before I entered the flat. I even sent them videos of the snagging items needed to be completed. Cameron's simply ignored my videos, did not send them to the developers, and I was expected to deal with it once I purchased. I can safely say that Cameron are only after your money/their percentage. They do not care about giving good customer service and I would NOT recommend buying through them. They simply do not value your custom.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Anna, I am frankly astounded by your opinion which I find to be incredible after the lengths that we went to in order to assist you. It is shameful that you have chosen to launch such personal attacks on my team who are property professionals trying their very best to offer the best possible customer service. You have also chosen not to follow our formal complaints procedure which gives recourse to independent Property Ombudsman Adjudication. Instead you have elected to post false, unproven information online. It is also not true that Charlotte was rude to you, You were aggressive and unkind to Charlotte who was at all times trying to help you, so much so that I had to take over. My team dealt with you in a courteous and entirely professional manner. Cameron did everything possible to help you and to keep you informed as the sale progressed. I personally assisted you with bringing items from your car to your new apartment on the day of completion. I cannot think of a better example of ‘going the extra mile’! I am at a loss to understand how Cameron as the selling agents could have done anything more to help you. All developers have their own processes for snagging their properties, and this has to be something that you take up with the developer if you have any problems under their new homes guarantee, details of which have provided you with all contact information when they handed over the property to you on completion. You are entirely wrong to say we don’t care; we care passionately for our customers and clients, many of whom recommended others to use our services as evidenced by the hundreds of five star reviews received to date. Awful service from Cameron’s. I called to sell my off plan property and spoke with someone called Clive. At first he was pleasant to speak with then not sure what happened but all communications stopped. He wouldn’t get back to me by text (you can see he read the messages) or phone. Quite disappointing and disrespectful. If Cameron’s did not wish to sell my property, they can simply say and not ignore!

Imran, Thanks for your feedback, this though does not fully represent the true facts. We have had numerous conversations, verbally and by text. As the developer was not prepared to share any CGI`s with us to market your property we were left in a difficult position with regards to advertising. We have done our best to reach out to prospective buyers for you, although we have not able to find anyone that is interested and in a position to assign your contract to. As discussed mortgage lenders do not like to lend on assigned contracts leaving us only able to sell to cash buyers and while this is not impossible it does restrict the pool of potential buyers for you. I will contact you directly do ensure that we can clear up any misunderstanding and try our very best to find a suitable buyer for you. Clive.
