Our agent, Scott Sharples assisted us from start till end while other agent just chose to ignore. We secured the apartment right after the viewing and altho the wait time was one month away, he was very accomodating throughout the process. Just one thing that can be improved is during property check in, if we have someone to assist us with getting around the property, it will be great, else we are just googling our way through and asking too many questions (ie how to get parking lot secure, delivery, how the thermostat works etc)

Michelle Mellars and her team are very professional in handling our rental units. They work hard to make sure the tenants are qualified, contracts are timely and any issues resolved in a timely manner. We are at ease when they are in charge.
