I cannot recommend Archers and Co Usk highly enough. I had orginally purchased the house through Archers so I had already had a good experience from a buyers perspective which was important to me. Right from the Initial meeting with Ben I knew they were going to be the best agent to also sell my house. Even when my property fell through several times this did not phase them, they did everything possible to find me the right buyer and to achieve the best price. Archer & Co are leagues above other estate agents in the area. Abbie, Ben, Maria and Rhi are all wonderful people to deal with and go beyond what you’d normally expect. We had a lot of interest in a particularly property and were given courtesy calls to update us on how the offer received and we any promise of following up with us was always fulfilled in time. This is in contrast to Peter Alan and Yopa who literally never turned up or actually answered the phone when trying to ring in. All of this besides, we sold our flat through Archer & Co and we can’t recommend them enough!
