Really excellent service in arranging viewings through to eventual house purchase!

I was very fortunate to be put in touch with the Usk branch of Archer and Co to handle the sale of my late parents home. The sale has recently been completed and I must say I cannot see how they would improve any of their processes ! I have been dealt with in a sensitive manner at all times and with my being located in the north of England every effort was made by the staff to monitor the property closely . I cannot recommend Archers and Co Usk highly enough. I had orginally purchased the house through Archers so I had already had a good experience from a buyers perspective which was important to me. Right from the Initial meeting with Ben I knew they were going to be the best agent to also sell my house. Even when my property fell through several times this did not phase them, they did everything possible to find me the right buyer and to achieve the best price. We were advised of the property just before it went on the market and were able to view the following day. Our speedy offer was accepted almost immediately and thereafter we were kept updated by the staff at Archer's and our own estate agent. The transaction went ahead with no major hitches and we ended up moving a month earlier than expected. All the staff that we contacted at Archer's were friendly, helpful and professional throughout.

Archer & Co are leagues above other estate agents in the area. Abbie, Ben, Maria and Rhi are all wonderful people to deal with and go beyond what you’d normally expect. We had a lot of interest in a particularly property and were given courtesy calls to update us on how the offer received and we any promise of following up with us was always fulfilled in time. This is in contrast to Peter Alan and Yopa who literally never turned up or actually answered the phone when trying to ring in. All of this besides, we sold our flat through Archer & Co and we can’t recommend them enough!

Although our house purchase was a drawn out, convoluted affair(mainly due to probate issues),it was the staff at Archers that kept us informed and reassuringly placated.
