We recently sold our house in Grasscroft via Ryder and Dutton, September 2021. The process ran really smoothly, dealing with James Ebdon and Jenny Boyle was a pleasure and always within easy reach via phone or email. House was sold within 5 days, above asking price and went through without issues and any queries dealt with professionally. This is the second good experience using Ryder and Dutton so I can highly recommend them. I also used the solicitor they recommended for sale and purchase, that was professional and good value too.
