I've recently rented a property let by Balgores Upminster. They've arranged everything quickly, responded on all questions I've had, attached related documentation to my file for check-out in the future. Good work!

The team at Balgores, Upminster have been great, especially Chris Ping. Nothing is too much trouble and they found a tenant very quickly to rent my property. I've been very impressed with the service and would certainly recommend them. Many thanks

Fantastic letting agents, wouldn’t use anyone else. Quick to repond to call outs, easy to use apps to report issues and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Recommend Chris Ping as a contact if looking to let.

Cannot fault the staff at Balgores Upminster. We have used them to sell a property and also to let and manage the let of another property. They have been professional, enthusiastic and very efficient at all times. Would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or rent their property.

All the staff at Balgores we have dealt with mostly Chris, Laurie and Toni have been extremely efficient and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend them. They made what could of been a stressful first time experience run very smoothly.
