Balgores

Jessica Smith was really helpful - always attentive and really listened. Thanks Jess!

My family and I had used Balgores to help find a property to rent. Jody was our agent and she was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. She made the whole process very smooth as she updated us along the way. I highly recommend balgores especially Jody!

We were very impressed with Balgores from start to finish. Richard & Jessica with the sale of our property, Peter our mortgage advisor & Donna our sales progressor. Everyone was very quick to respond to enquiries & solved all issues along the way. Would highly recommend Balgores.

Mark has been a great estate agent who has been helping us all the way through this process in renting this great 3 bedroom property. I would like to recommend Mark @ Balgores Upminister Estate Agent & Letting to anyone who are in this process. We are looking forward to receiving our keys next week. Thank you Mark and your team.

We purchased our property last year through Balgores Upminster. Christ West helped us throughout our process, he is a fantastic guy and was very patient and attentive. We are very happy with the service and thank you Chris!

We used Balgores Upminster to buy our new home. We went through Jess who was very patient and understanding. They were very keen for us to purchase the property and made sure things ran smoothly and quickly, chasing people that needed chasing to ensure a quick process. We're very happy in our new home and definitely recommend them.

Had an excellent buying experience with Balgores, starting with Jessica Smith as our sales agent and Donna Hickey as our sales progressor to get things over the finish line. Very happy with their professional services, and the integration of Parmi Chokkar of Mortgage Advisors Bureau was also very helpful to get our bank loan arranged.

As a first time renter I had a lot of questions, Starr West dealt with my queries promptly and clearly. The whole experience was fantastic, and she helped me find the right property for me, rather than just the most expensive one within my budget, quickly and painlessly. Would recommend.

We used Balgores for our rental property and we were really happy with the service Mark provided us. He kept us in the loop and made sure everything run smoothly for us.

Donna dealt with the sales progression in my chain. She was superb and just got things done which had a huge reassuring effect. In my experience, this is the most important role and why you would employ an estate agent. Donna is worth every penny.
