Nothing but good things to say when it comes to Riccardo, and really the NKL team in general. From the start of my tenancy to the end, everything was dealt with seamlessly and with class. I felt as though I was accommodated very well. Riccardo was always a great help and just a short communication away. Initially, he helped with a quick move in, which suited me very well. There were issues that I needed assistance with during my tenancy, to which he also solved very quickly. Then when it came to moving out, he (and of course the rest of the team) made short work of the whole task which enabled me to move out quicker - which again suited me perfectly. I was also informed of everything I needed to know that would leave me better off when it came to the end of tenancy. Things that I’d never dealt with before, whether it be to do with contacting the council and so on. Important for somebody’s first time and I feel as though most people aren’t bothered about looking after others, so this stood out to me. Highly recommend. Can’t go wrong. Thanks for all of your help
