From start to finish the entire team at Brannen & Partners provided an amazing service. Selling a property and moving home is a stressful experience at the best of times but everyone at Brannens really did everything they could to take as much of this away and ensure the process was as efficient as possible. We received sound advice during the initial consultation with Lucie, then Nicola came out to organise the sales brochure with great photos and a virtual tour. This was turned around much quicker than expected and generated lots of viewings within hours of it going live. Margaret and the team did a great job of organising the viewings and providing guidance when we started receiving offers. The property sold within two days which exceeded all of our expectations. Gillian performed miracles at times to ensure things went smoothly with both the sale and our onward purchase, she really went the extra mile to liaise with solicitors, other agents and a lot more besides. I have experienced other agents in the past however in my opinion the level of service provided by Brannen & Partners sets them apart from the rest.
