From the day I met Oliver when he came to do a valuation on my property, I knew that I would be well looked-after. Throughout all the trials and tribulations of viewings, negotiations and preparation for the big move, nothing was too much trouble for Oliver and Adam in the Twyford branch. They helped to reassure me when I had a serious wobble about my chosen property to purchase (in the hands of another agent) by letting me talk through my concerns and by suggesting practical ways to deal with my worries. On moving day, they were persistent in chasing my conveyancers, despite the fact that my main contact there had become unavailable and they were meticulous in keeping me informed of progress of payments through the chain. I'm very grateful to them for helping to ease my passage through a time of great stress and for being so friendly and unfailingly helpful. If you are looking for an agent look no further, It can be stressful selling / buying a property and Adam and Oliver ( this is who we dealt with ) helped manage those stressful moments at all times whilst being extremely professional and one step ahead. Our chain was proactively chased by Wentworth's in order to speed things up and we were provided with recommendations for other trusted parties that are required when moving house ( removals etc ). Another thing which was fantastic was the correspondence, we would get regular updates on where we were in the sales process and also updates to put our mind at rest if we had voiced concerns.
