Great personal service - nothing too much trouble
From the day I met Oliver when he came to do a valuation on my property, I knew that I would be well looked-after. Throughout all the trials and tribulations of viewings, negotiations and preparation for the big move, nothing was too much trouble for Oliver and Adam in the Twyford branch. They helped to reassure me when I had a serious wobble about my chosen property to purchase (in the hands of another agent) by letting me talk through my concerns and by suggesting practical ways to deal with my worries. On moving day, they were persistent in chasing my conveyancers, despite the fact that my main contact there had become unavailable and they were meticulous in keeping me informed of progress of payments through the chain. I'm very grateful to them for helping to ease my passage through a time of great stress and for being so friendly and unfailingly helpful. I have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation

Restored faith in estate agents
What a pleasure to deal with, a professional setup who did exactly what they said they would do. Always kept you up to date with everything, easy to deal with, a complete breath of fresh air. Estate agents are often criticised about how they work, the things they do and say, and often it's justified. What I can say about wentworths as a whole and in particular Oliver, is that they are upfront and honest and as mentioned, everything they say they will do, they do, no fuss. Made selling our property v easy and stress free. Thank you.

Friendly, helpful and efficient at all times
I recently let a property through Wentworth Estate Agent and the whole process was efficient and smooth at all times. Rebecca and Sally were a pleasure to deal with and always helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend their services.

Friendly, Helpful and Knowledgeable service
Adam and Oliver were always available for advice and help - especially if things start to get difficult. Selling and buying can be stressful but it is conforting to have someone like Wentworth behind you to keep things going smoothly.

Personable, Hard-working, goes the extra mile, highly recommendable
If you are looking for an agent look no further, It can be stressful selling / buying a property and Adam and Oliver ( this is who we dealt with ) helped manage those stressful moments at all times whilst being extremely professional and one step ahead. Our chain was proactively chased by Wentworth's in order to speed things up and we were provided with recommendations for other trusted parties that are required when moving house ( removals etc ). Another thing which was fantastic was the correspondence, we would get regular updates on where we were in the sales process and also updates to put our mind at rest if we had voiced concerns. Honestly could not recommend the team at Wentworth's enough and good luck with your purchase / sale / rental!

Confident, professional service from a very good team.

Professional service
We found our dream house and needed to secure a quick sale so we could carry out the purchase. We were delighted with the professional service from both Adam and Ollie and trusted their advice on valuation and sales process. Fully expecting the whole experience to be utterly stressful the reality was quite the opposite and we would highly recommend Wentworth to anyone wishing to sell property.

Excellent service, advice and knowledge
I've used Wentworth on a number of occasions to rent and then sell my property and have found them professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommended them to anyone. Adam and Ollie are patient and talk through the sometimes complicated process of selling. I was updated regularly and despite people telling me selling a house is stressful I found it extremely easy due to the service they provided. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process!!

Professional, sincere and committed to supoort
When we started to look for properties we really had not fully understood how important it would be to have the right estate agent. Our move was a particularly challenging one as we needed to sell 2 properties and find one that was big enough within a very specific location due to distance from school and work. Wentworth marketed and sold our properties securing multiply offers, found us a property in the perfect location and managed a very long chain of buyers and sellers to complete the transaction. I now know that the having an estate agent who keeps everyone (including the solicitors!) informed of what is happening along the chain is so very important. This cuts out so much of the time wasted caused by buyers and sellers waiting for solicitors to respond or share information with others. They were also very encouraging and kept our spirits up when things got delayed. Their interpersonal skills and professionalism were absolutely second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Wentworths - definitely 5 star service!
