We sold our previous house and bought our new house through Wentworth. Adam, Oliver and the team were excellent. Professional, open and honest throughout the process, they were always responsive and keeping us informed on the status of viewings, negotiations, solicitors activities etc. Our buyer pulled out at a critical time in our own house purchase. Within 24 hours the Wentworth team had organised an open day at our house with 8 viewings and we got 3 offers all over the asking price within another 24 hours. I appreciate they wanted to ensure both went ahead, but the speed and efficiency that they sorted everything was great and meant that a potentially stressful time was dealt with within 2 days. We would not hesitate to recommend them to sell, buy or rent through. You won't have to experience the either over zealous or completely disinterested approach that we experienced with some other estate agents. You'll get a professional, honest and helpful team.

Excellent selling experience from start to finish

Being a little pressed for time I'll do this in bullet points: - I dealt with Oli and Adam at Wentworths and from start to finish they have been excellent and offered exactly what i want from an estate agent. - A friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and honest approach. - Realistic pricing.where some local agents were trying to charge substantially more for the same (or probably lesser) service. - Quick results (inside 4 days of going live I had had 8 viewings and an offer of the full asking price accepted). - Since then they have managed the process superbly, contacted me when there was need to but never bombarded me with calls or correspondence. - They always return my calls and don't mess me around. I'd recommend Wentworths to any local person, and if you chose not to use them i would likely question your intelligence.

Reassuring, honest and down to earth

Rebecca was honest with us when we started our house search, and eventually showed us the house we really wanted to buy. Our interactions with her were always lovely, despite the difficulty of decisions made that were not always in our favour. She reassured us when our purchase seemed to be taking a very long time and helped to fight our corner even though as purchasers we weren't paying her a fee. A less than enthusiastic agent came around to view the house, despite the house being on a very good street in a sought-afterneighbourhood. No doubt it needs updating and work but she didn't have drive, vision and ambition, she dubbed it not "typical " for the area. We got the feeling it's not good enough to be sold by this particular brand of estate agents. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
