Even though i didn't find a flat that suited my needs, they have been very professional with follow ups and appointments, i received reminder emails and phone calls, which made my hectic schedule much easier. If you want an attentive estate agent who actually listens to what you want then I strongly recommend Martin and Co. They took time to understand our needs as a seller and made good suggestions on how to improve the marketability. Within weeks of the property being on the market, we had several strong offers. Post sale they were attentive and ensured that the chain progressed despite several failed chains on the properties we intended to buy (not via Martin and co).
