The staff were always very helpful and very professional. My three years of renting with them went very smoothly and I never had any problems. Anything I wanted to know or needed help with in my flat was dealt within a quick response. If you want an attentive estate agent who actually listens to what you want then I strongly recommend Martin and Co. They took time to understand our needs as a seller and made good suggestions on how to improve the marketability. Within weeks of the property being on the market, we had several strong offers. Post sale they were attentive and ensured that the chain progressed despite several failed chains on the properties we intended to buy (not via Martin and co).
