I could not fault the service provided by Kings in finding me a tenant for my flat. As well as being a very professional, friendly bunch, they have good systems for keeping you updated on viewings and appointments and have the experience to vet prospective tenants and not always go for the “easy win”. I’d not hesitate to recommend them. Oh- their fees are reasonable as well.

My property sale had legal complications which combined with a less than active purchaser' solicitor made the sale rather difficult. However with the professional and personable driving force of David Hughes (hero) and his team the sale progressed to a satisfactory conclusion.
