Andy came out to do valuation. We agreed a listing price. Next day Andy, sent me a new valuation £20,0000 lower than agreed valuation and on top, he dictated that he would reduce the price every 2 weeks by £5,000 without sellers consent. Housesmart fees 1% plus vat, that's £3000, they only do online app, where the customer takes responsibility for viewing and feedback. They don't want to take calls or be mithered by customers. The description of my property didn't meet compliance in terms of valid certificate or proof. I had to stop the sale. I called Andy and advised him not to proceed. You need to think very carefully before using this company who has only 18 properties on the market.

I have had nothing but spam/scam emails ever since giving them my email to use their 360 virtual tour to view one of the properties. I rarely give out my email for this exact reason, but seeing as they are property agency I really didn't think they would be the type to sell data. Obviously I was wrong.

I have not actually used their service myself, however I have recommended these guys to many of my colleague's and the reports back have been nothing short of Excellent, Customer service, value for money and reliability Kindest regards
