After having dealt with several letting agents, I find my experience with Cooke Curtis is by far the most impressive. Not only are they responsive, friendly, and reasonable; they’d go the extra mile in ensuring tenant’s needs are well taken care of. Elina handled my case and is sincere and helpful throughout the process. Knowing that I was traveling, she kept me well-informed timely and made the entire experience seamless. I also dealt with Andrew and Kirsty who are managing the property, and both are prompt in attending to the issues and queries raised. They are the firsts I’ve come across who followed up on my queries until they’re closed, even though the query is not a maintenance issue but about how to set up something inside the property. I highly recommend Cooke Curtis for they are down-to-earth and sincere in delivering their promises to their customers. I’ve never had so much praises for a letting service rendered but for this, I’d give 15 out of 10 because Cooke Curtis cares! Update: It's been 3 months since and I can vouch that there is no short-change in their service and quality at all. I have several maintenance issues during this period of time and Kirsten (my point of contact) addresses them within the week if not by the very next day! She's understanding and approachable, I feel very comfortable talking or raising any concerns. The Cooke Curtis team genuinely cares for their customers.
