Having sold a few houses in the past I have never felt the urge to provide a review to the selling agent, however, I must say Cooke Curtis & Co were fantastic. We had a rather difficult co-ownership arrangement which needed delicate handling from the agent and was done brilliantly. The valuation was done very well and it's logic was explained to us. Once we went with them, the whole time we were kept informed and whenever we messaged them - they got back to us really quickly. Ultimately, they did what they said they could do - and they found us buyers and managed the sale to our satisfaction.
