We put our house on the market with an estate agent which at first we had no choice in who we chose. Due to COVID all viewings stopped. When we were able to start viewings again we had 2 viewings after nearly 7 months. We thought it was due to the pandemic, we then changed estate agent to Cook Curtis and Co after seeing good reviews.
