I would definitely recommend Cooke Curtis, who have recently successfully let my cottage in Milton. They are friendly but very professional and no detail was overlooked from the excellent photos to the video showing everything to it's best advantage. There was a very good response to the Marketing and I was able to re-let within days, following a thorough background check and referencing of the prospective tenants which they handled for me. I had Alia's excellent advice about the necessary safety checks and although I opted to do the viewings with her, I could just as easily have left it all to her and probably will next time! She has a good sense of humour and is very patient and supportive - I do believe prospective tenants pick up on these vibes and make it all the more likely they will want to move into my property. Where do I start I have so many good things to say. This is our first time at being Landlords and Jess was a godsend.
