The Webbers Team at Torrington have been wonderful throughout the buying process. Being from outside of the area they have answered all of our many questions on the property, local amenities and the process of buying our new home. Although buying in a chain was complicated at times, the team always kept us informed and communicated with our vendors on our behalf so that everyone was on the same page! We had a very difficult transition with a a very short chain which took over 5 months to complete. However throughout, Adrian and his team at Torrington presented our property in a very professional manner. Communications throughout the period was handled immediately and rounded up at the end of the week, with a call to inform our weekly progress. Their assistance to our legal advisors, in their words was professional, logical and proactive. Lastly, they progressed the whole house sale and buying process with control and communication between Webbers, other EA’s and solicitor's all the way to completion and the day after to support their customer.
