Tia and Sam at RMJ Chatham are both exceptional. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the last few weeks from my initial enquiry about selling my home to valuation to keeping in contact with me afterwards. What stood out to me the most is they always did exactly what they said they would do. Which to me, is so important! They both were extremely patient with me whilst I got my head around the process of selling and buying at the same time. No question ever felt silly and they always took their time to explain things properly. They kept in touch and never made me felt like ‘just another client’. Even though I ended up going with a different agent due to ease of my next purchase I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody thinking of selling their home. They both are an absolute credit to RMJ and just genuinely lovely people to deal with. Thanks again guys, really appreciate everything you have done for me.
