We had a very difficult transition with a a very short chain which took over 5 months to complete. However throughout, Adrian and his team at Torrington presented our property in a very professional manner. Communications throughout the period was handled immediately and rounded up at the end of the week, with a call to inform our weekly progress. Their assistance to our legal advisors, in their words was professional, logical and proactive.
