Mackay Property have been supporting me for a year now, great people and a great service who deliver on their promises. In particular I would like to thank both Chloe and Sarah for the quick turn-around with any queries and also support where there has been challenges. I would highly recommend this Company as well as the people working their, they show great passion to support their Tenants an clearly enjoy what they do...BIG Thanks.

Super happy with the work that the team at Mackays put in to sell our house. From the video they shot to help sell the property, to the management of the chain to get us to Exchange, we could not be happier. It was evident the work that they put in at each stage and they managed to secure our sale at full asking price. All round great job.

We have used Mackay for the sale of two properties now and we couldn’t fault the service provided. From initial valuation right through to completion Adam and the team were always available to answer questions and help with whatever we needed, not just with our sale but also helping us deal with the seller and agent of our purchase. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to let or sell a property.

My sale wasn't the most straightforward....due to complications with the purchasers solicitor, and the process took 6 months. This was at no fault of k allan and susie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole drawn out process, nothing seemed a stress, always great communication and just a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Karen, Eileen and the whole team – they are, without doubt, the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, they delivered fantastic results quickly and supported me throughout the entire process. Selling your home can be stressful, but they made it smooth, efficient and surprisingly easy. If you’re thinking of selling – it’s an easy decision. Go with this team. You won’t regret it.

I fully recommend Karen Allen properties. I found that their quick replies to my e.mails helped me enormously with buying my property, as I was kept informed and up to date on seller's information. This enabled me to find the right property. The staff communication is excellent, they give very valuable advice, and are so kind and helpful. In my house search I was in touch with numerous estate agents, Karen Allen, Kirkwall was No.1 out of them all. I am not suprised they win so many awards, all of which are very well deserved.

Had a great experience selling my home with K Allan Properties. Highly recommend
