Webbers Estate Agents Great Torrington

We can't thank Ashtons enough for their amazing support when we had issues with our landlord and problems in the property we were in. Nicole in particular was an absolute star! We can't thank her enough for her professionalism and incredible communication with us. We would definitely recommend Ashtons Welwyn Garden City to anyone. Thank you!

Hayward Fox were the agent selling a property to us. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable of the area and flexible with viewing times.

On personal recommendation, we used the services of Hayward Fox, Sway, for our recent house move. We are delighted that we did! This potentially stressful experience was greatly ameliorated by the personal attention we received, which included well-organised and supervised viewings, coupled with immediate feedback. Our interest and concerns were well-monitored throughout the selling process. Particularly noteworthy were the efforts made to expedite all legal procedures once a buyer had been identified for our property. Hayward Fox's strength is its teamwork and its cross-referencing between offices. We recommend Hayward Fox services, without reservation. S C & M P McEwan

I highly recommend using Hayward Fox. We have just exchanged contracts today and from the first time we met Darren he has been so helpful and supportive. We’ve had a few ups and downs along the way but Darren has always made sure that we were kept fully informed and explained some of the legal hold ups in a language I could understand. We have lived in the same house for 42 years so this was all very new to us and we didn’t really know what we were doing. We can’t wait to start our new life in Hampshire!

Hayward Fox sold two properties for us. In both instances they were accurate with their market assessment and pricing, Both sales were completed smoothly and the service was excellent.

Sold my cottage in Brockenhurst through Hayward Fox recently. The team are very professional from meeting Chris firstly for the valuation to dealing with Darren and all the staff in the Brockenhurst office. Thanks to everyone.
