Webbers Estate Agents Great Torrington

Seraph manage a number of properties on behalf of my son and I and the experience has been first class. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Big shout out in particular for Chloe (Peachey) who has provided an excellent service when we have needed things sorted. Thank you Chloe, you are a star!

Had a complaint on moving in, reached out. Although it did take some time, Chloe was able to help sort this out and communicated transparently throughout. Still hoping to get some other concerns looked at but mostly down to me persevering …

Always helpful, always friendly. A special mention for Chloe for her quick help with some issues I had. Would highly recommend

Have to commend Chloe Peachey for the recent service received. Efficient, prompt and excellent communication. Thank you.

thanks to Lucy Catterall, Senior Block Administrator for resolving a serious issue for me! Much appreciate the communication and organisation

Since Ida has taken over as block manager, the service has been fantastic. She and Roberta are always prompt with their replies, extremely helpful and go above and beyond.

Juliette and the team were brilliant when helping me buy my first home. I had so many questions and Juliette was so helpful especially when I was nervous. Thank you for all of the help 😊 …

We had a really positive experience with Ashtons while searching for our new flat. From the start, the team was professional and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Chris in particular was excellent, he kept communication clear and consistent, always making sure we were updated at every stage. He was quick to answer any questions we had and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed.

Had a really positive experience with Ashtons WGC branch particularly with Chris Haws who was extremely brilliant! From start to finish Chris was professional, super responsive and genuinely supportive to get everything over the line.
