Fabulous Service from the staff at Gargan & Hart

Helpful and friendly staff.

Sale of domestic property
Gargan and Hart delivered all that they said that they would. Extrememly pleased with the way my property was advertised and sold. A very professional approach to todays market. I thoroughly recommend this agent. My property was previously advertised with a different agent and getting nowhere. I then approached Gargan and Hart whose expertise was successful in marketing and selling my property.

Perfect Service!
I purchased a house through Gargan & Hart and was met on time for the viewing by a very helpful Sales Manager who allowed me to browse solely but with answers to any questions I had. After having my offer accepted, their communication was excellent and when I asked if I could revisit the property to take some measurements, they were only too happy to oblige and meet me at the property for another browse. A very professional estate agents.

Great service
We recently relocated 300 miles to Torquay. Garghan and Hart were the agent selling the property that we bought. Obviously moving such a distance had it’s challenges but all of the staff at Garghan and Hart were so helpful. They were always willing to assist, letting various people in for quotes and measurements where we were not able to do so. All calls were dealt with quickly and efficiently and they helped move things along with various solicitors when they needed a nudge. When it comes to moving again (I need to unpack here first) we will definitely use Garghan and Hart to sell our house. Thanks again!

Fantastic customer service.
We sold through gargan and Hart. We had several agencies come to offer their services but by far from the outset Sean and Clare were shining out as clear favourites. You didn't disappoint with your local knowledge and proven track record it was a pleasure to work with you. Very pleasant to deal with and always answering queries and concerns promptly. Returning calls when promised. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for honesty and assurance in what is a nerve racking time. Thank you all in the chelston office Russ
