A really great service from start to finish with Parker. We dealt with Emma George and she was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and was happy to answer the hundreds of questions I had! We were able to complete and exchange during lockdown and I think that was largely due to Emma's help and support :)

We recently purchased a house in Tilehurst through Parkers. They were excellent. Very efficient, friendly and always helpful. When we had issues with our sellers and the delayed completion date, they kept us up to date with emails and phone calls daily, even if there wasnt anything new to report. Myself and my husband will definitely use them again. Extra shout out to Ellie who spent most of last summer showing us round loads of properties. Her perseverance paid off!!

I can't fault the Parkers team, in particular Ellie Richardson. Although we haven't yet found THE property through them, Ellie has made our experience extremely pleasant with the right level of interaction and information. It's an industry that often gets a bad name, but the good ones stand out a mile and can honestly say that Ellie has done.

Persistence and politeness. It's taken a while to sell the property but this is no fault of Parkers. All people working at Parkers did a very good job.

The seller I brought from were using Parkers (Tilehurst). Before this I had a few viewing of other properties with them, where they were on time and shown each house in a good light. What also help was that they were not overly pushy, which has put me off even seeing houses with other estate agents. When it came to the stage for me to put my offer in, there were three different offers and kept me informed of standing of my offers. After this everything went smoothly, they even helped me find a surveyor for asbestos when my lender require extra information on the state of the building. all in all, I put my offer in early January and I had then completed by early March, I would definitely recommend to friends and family (or use myself) when it came to selling in the area.

I chose Parkers as they had sold more than anyone else in my area; another agent said a higher price and a lower fee but couldn't back it up with evidence. Dan, Ellie, Charlie, Vicky and Simon really looked after me through the marketing and Emma was a real hero when progressing the sale with solicitors. The agent we bought through was a different story and only highlighted how good the team at Parkers are. Don't go anywhere else...these guys are the best around.

Thank you ever so much to team Parkers Tilehurst. Initially I chose another estate agent as they offered a lower fee however the Parkers team kept in touch during our marketing and after a rather torrid time with my initial choice I switched to Parkers Tilehurst who truly lived upto their promise. Their photos and virtual tours were fantastic. We sold our property in about 4 weeks and achieved exactly what we expected price wise and even slightly more than what Parkers thought although still within their agreed marketing price. Ellie negotiated particularly well for us although we didn't exactly make her job easy :) Emma was brilliant at keeping in touch with us once the sale had been agreed and we was really impressed how they validate buyers to ensure they are fit to proceed, very efficient. I would definitely recommend Parkers Tilehurst and will use them again next time for sure, well worth the money.
