We have recently moved into a property let by Parker’s Tilehurst after our previous landlord decided to sell. Our circumstances were not the most straightforward, however Parker’s have been brilliant! Very understanding and helpful and a lovely team to deal with. There have been a couple of issues in the property on moving in and those have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. During what has been a stressful few months for us, Jayne and Georgee in particular have made moving into our new home as easy and as smooth as possible and we really appreciate all that they’ve done for us!

We dealt with Emma George and she was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and was happy to answer the hundreds of questions I had! We recently purchased a house in Tilehurst through Parkers. They were excellent. Very efficient, friendly and always helpful. When we had issues with our sellers and the delayed completion date, they kept us up to date with emails and phone calls daily, even if there wasnt anything new to report. Myself and my husband will definitely use them again. Extra shout out to Ellie who spent most of last summer showing us round loads of properties. Her perseverance paid off!!

I can't fault the Parkers team, in particular Ellie Richardson. Although we haven't yet found THE property through them, Ellie has made our experience extremely pleasant with the right level of interaction and information. It's an industry that often gets a bad name, but the good ones stand out a mile and can honestly say that Ellie has done.

I chose Parkers as they had sold more than anyone else in my area; another agent said a higher price and a lower fee but couldn't back it up with evidence. Dan, Ellie, Charlie, Vicky and Simon really looked after me through the marketing and Emma was a real hero when progressing the sale with solicitors. The agent we bought through was a different story and only highlighted how good the team at Parkers are. Don't go anywhere else...these guys are the best around.
