I have to say I couldn't fault Parker's , I had plenty of viewings and any questions I had were answered quickly and honestly. Emma was so helpful and efficient and calmed my fears on my moving date as we weren't sure it would go ahead with lockdown just being announced but Emma was there to help and help she did, so very grateful to her. We have recently moved into a property let by Parker’s Tilehurst after our previous landlord decided to sell. Our circumstances were not the most straightforward, however Parker’s have been brilliant! Very understanding and helpful and a lovely team to deal with. There have been a couple of issues in the property on moving in and those have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.
