Waste of time

I contacted Independent to arrange viewings of two properties they had up for sale. Not a particularly friendly response but I can cope with that. I gave details of my availability for the viewings and the call ended with the response 'I cant make any promises but I will get back to you' It is now 3 weeks later and I have heard nothing. We have since had an offer accepted on another property so all is fine for us however I feel sorry for the people who have their houses up for sale with Independent.
