We decided that when the time came to sell the only estate agents in town to use was James Winn. They are truly professional, efficient and friendly. They sorted out all of the viewings but also made us aware when they would take place so we could leave them to it. The brochure created to sell the house was brilliant and made the house look absolutely beautiful. Our house sold in 2 weeks and I honestly think this was down to their professional input and ensuring that right buyers were found so that the whole process was smooth after the offer was accepted.
