A professional and local experience that I've not had the pleasure of in any of my previous rentals. We really felt like we'd been matched with the right landlord and property. We recently sold our flat and then we were looking for a 3 bedroom house in Theale to rent out. Emma and her team helped us every step of the way and I cannot find fault with them. We recently bought the house and we will now use Parkers to act as our agents to let the property. I had difficulty selling my flat , leasehold .But the staff at Parkers stuck with me and in the end it was sold .So a special thanks goes out to Alan for all of his advice and Emma for getting the sale through.

2nd time reaching out to Parkers within Reading and it's been shocking but I've changed my 2 star review to a 4 star review due to Alan personally reaching out to me today and was very apologetic about how I was treated and was really trying to help and explain more detail about the property we were really interested in... In the future, I will know to ask for Alan and unfortunately avoid James at all costs (maybe he was having a bad day)... I've had an awkward time with Parkers Tilehurst and tbh, they stepped up hence why I amended my review about them from 1 to a 4 star review and this is why I'm doing the same for Theale branch due to someone taking the extra step to please the customer even if it's just a courtesy call, that's a plus in my eyes.
